The Duncan Public Schools Foundation Quest for Excellence Endowment Fund (DPSFQEEF) was established as an endowed fund of the Duncan Public Schools Foundation.  The purpose of DPSFQEEF shall be to raise and secure gifts, grants bequests, and devises apart from the annual Foundation Letter Writing Campaign/Hall of Fame Banquet, in order to create an Endowment fund. 

It is intended that distributable income from the endowment shall not be used to subsidize either the annual Hall of Fame Banquet, to underwrite the central operations of the Foundation, or for student scholarships. 

Any educator employed by Duncan Public schools is a potential beneficiary of DPSFQEEF.  Grants or awards may be made for the following purposes, but are not limited to these purposes:

• Awarding any monetary or non-monetary gifts based upon pre-established criteria;
• Providing to meet teacher development expenses;
• Providing seed money for any local or non-local workshops in order to enhance the professional development of educators of Duncan Public Schools.
