As an educator, I, Dana Jackson, will:

M    Motivate enthusiastically all children in my care.

R        Respectfully be a facilitator and guide children in a manner that is consistent and fair.

S.        Strive to put children first with a show of learning affection.

J         Joyously celebrate diversity and make real-life connections.

A     Apply teaching strategies to promote academic excellence such that children may exceed.

C      Create hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities that promote children to succeed.

K        Kindly provide a safe and comfortable environment to enhance the ability to learn.

S         See myself as a role model who demonstrates a positive attitude with love and concern.

O        Offer opportunities to children to demonstrate positive character deeds.

N        Nurture with love and compassion children's needs.
