90% of all computer related problems are software related. Typically if the computer starts up normally the hardware is working fine. Hardware issues may surface in the form of CD drives not working, floppy drives not reading the discs properly, no video signal, or systems that will not start or power up. If you are experiencing lock-ups or freezes submit a hardware work order and we will take it from there. All other issues will usually constitute a software work order.
